Introduction and scope

These General Bonus Rules govern all bonuses, promotions and promotional credits offered by Mcluck on the Site. They supplement the Website Terms and Conditions and the specific Promotion Terms linked to each bonus. In the event of a conflict between these rules and the Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms apply to the bonus in question, followed by these General Bonus Rules, and then the Website Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility and verification

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of providing evidence of age on request.
• Your Mcluck account must be fully registered and undergoing standard verification before taking part in any bonus.
• Promotions are optional; participation requires opt-in through the registration form or the promotion landing page.
• One person per household, family, address, email address, phone number, payment method and IP address is eligible to receive a bonus. Mcluck may restrict or cancel bonuses if multiple accounts are detected or if it suspects fraud.

Bonus types and how they are awarded

Mcluck offers deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, free spins and free bets. Each bonus type has its own terms and will be described on the relevant offer page. Activation occurs when you opt in and meet any prerequisites, such as making a qualifying deposit where required.

Activation, wagering and turnover

• To withdraw any bonus winnings, you must satisfy the wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus terms. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, unless the terms specify otherwise.
• Default turnover for deposit bonuses is 20x (deposit plus bonus). For no-deposit bonuses, wagering is the bonus amount only. For free spins or free bets, wagering applies to the winnings derived from those spins/bets unless the offer states otherwise.
• Bonuses have a validity period; upon expiry, any uncompleted wagering may be cancelled and the bonus funds and related winnings forfeited.

Eligible games and contribution to wagering

Bonuses may be restricted to specific game categories. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. The exact contributions and any game restrictions are defined in the individual bonus terms. If a game is excluded from wagering, wagers on that game do not count toward the requirement.

Limits, restrictions and prohibited practices

• There is a minimum qualifying bet and a maximum bet while a bonus is active. The quantities are stated in the offer terms; bets outside these thresholds do not count toward wagering.
• Some games are excluded from wagering contributions; examples include jackpot games and certain table games. The exact exclusions are listed in the bonus terms.
• Strategies that artificially meet wagering requirements are prohibited, such as delaying game rounds, minimal-risk betting schemes, collusion, multi-account abuse, or using software to exploit mechanics. Mcluck reserves the right to investigate and suspend or cancel bonuses and winnings if such activity occurs.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time. Deposits made in conjunction with an active bonus are subject to the terms of the bonus.
• Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction. See the offer terms for eligibility.

Validity and expiry

Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit, unless the offer specifies a different period. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited.

Withdrawals and account requirements

• To withdraw bonus winnings, wagering requirements must be met and any applicable verification checks completed.
• In certain promotions, a deposit is required before you can withdraw bonus winnings; in such cases, only the deposit funds remain eligible for withdrawal until wagering is complete.
• Accounts must have at least one real-money deposit to be eligible for withdrawal of winnings derived from a bonus, unless the promotion states otherwise.

Abuse, monitoring and consequences

Mcluck employs monitoring to detect suspicious, abusive or fraudulent activity. If there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these rules or abuse of a bonus, Mcluck may cancel the bonus, revoke winnings, remove the bonus, suspend or terminate the account, or bar participation in future promotions. This includes multi-account setups, deliberate manipulation or other exploitative behavior.

Changes to terms and promotions

Mcluck reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a change affects active bonuses, Mcluck will apply the change reasonably but may not retroactively affect players who have already participated for bonuses already credited.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These bonus terms are governed by the laws of the licensing jurisdiction of Mcluck. Any disputes arising under or in connection with bonuses will be resolved in accordance with the Website Terms and Conditions, including any mandatory dispute resolution procedures.

Miscellaneous and support

• Translations: the English version governs where discrepancies arise from translated versions.
