McLuck 14 Hot Bonus Days With Summer Prizes

McLuck 14 Hot Bonus Days With Summer Prizes

Scope and Definitions

These Rules govern the acceptance, settlement and related processes for all bets placed on Mcluck Sportsbook. They apply to all customers and all wagering markets unless a market specific rule states otherwise.

  • Event means a regulated match, contest or competition offered on the platform.
  • Market means a particular bet type on an Event, including but not limited to match results, totals, handicaps, and outrights.
  • Outright refers to bets on the overall winner or final standings of a competition, not tied to a single match.
  • Live Betting means bets placed while an Event is in progress, with prices that may move rapidly.
  • Palpable Error means an obvious and material error in data or odds as determined by Mcluck.

General Principles

The Company provides betting information in good faith but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy of dates, times, venues, competitors, or results. It reserves the right to correct obvious errors and to settle Markets in accordance with the applicable results and pricing at the time of settlement.

  • We may amend, suspend or withdraw wagering rules at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the platform.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing these Rules and any market specific terms before placing a bet.
  • The Company may refuse or void bets for palpable errors, attempts to circumvent limits, suspected fraud, or other conduct that undermines the integrity of the wagering process. Such decisions are final and binding.
  • Data feeds for event information and prices may be delayed. Bets placed on information that is delayed are at the customer’s own risk.
  • In the event of a technical failure or systemic error, the Company may void or adjust bets as warranted by the circumstances.

Bet Acceptance and Live Betting

Bets are accepted based on the server time recorded at the moment of acceptance. If a bet is accepted after the Event has started, it may be void unless the Market is Live Betting and the bet falls within Live Betting rules.

  • During Live Betting, prices can shift rapidly. Mcluck may pause or suspend bet acceptance and may void or refuse bets if the live data feed is disrupted or prices are materially inconsistent with market standards.
  • Customers should review their bets in the betting history. In case of a dispute about when a bet was placed, the server time governs settlement decisions.

Settlement, Results and Disputes

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result announced by the relevant governing body or, if necessary, by an equivalent reliable source as determined by Mcluck. The Company reserves the right to rely on video evidence or other authoritative records when official results are unavailable. The Company’s settlement decision is final.

  • : If two or more selections win, stake on the affected selection is divided by the number of winners and each winning portion is paid at the full odds; any remaining stake is lost.
  • Outright Markets: The Play-or-Pay rule applies. If a listed participant does not participate, outright markets on that participant will be settled as a loss or void where applicable; head-to-head markets involving the non participating participant are void; markets related to a participant’s individual performance may be void while team-based outrights stand.
  • If a venue, opponent, or other key data point is altered after bets are accepted, some or all bets may be voided at Mcluck’s discretion.
  • Settlements may be reversed if the result is officially amended after settlement has occurred, provided such action is taken before the conclusion of the applicable event window.
  • Any claim or dispute should be raised via Customer Services. If unresolved, the Head of Sportsbook will render the final decision. No claims will be considered more than seven days after finalisation of the bet or two weeks after the Event’s completion, whichever comes first.

Abandoned, Postponed and Altered Events

If an Event is not started as scheduled or is postponed and not resumed within 48 hours of the original start time, bets may be void unless the market has already been determined. If the Event is resumed, bets remain in force for markets that have not yet been determined, subject to the market rules published for that Event. If an Event is abandoned after commencement and not resumed within 48 hours, bets on markets not yet decided will be void, while markets already determined remain valid.

For markets tied to a specific schedule or structure (for example two-legged ties, periods, or overtime rules), the market’s own description governs settlement in the event of a postponement or abandonment. If replacement competitors or venues change, Mcluck reserves the right to adjust or void bets accordingly.

Market Types and Special Rules

Markets include Outright, In-Play, and standard pre-match markets. Where the outcome depends on events occurring after a timer or extension (overtime, extra innings, etc), the market description will specify the applicable rule. Any market not expressly described in the market terms will be settled under the general rules herein.

  • In-play or live markets may be settled on the basis of the event as a whole, including overtime where stated in the market terms.
  • Where two or more outcomes are possible, and a penalty shootout or tiebreak occurs, the market will reflect the official decision reached by the governing body unless the market description states otherwise.

Rounding, Display of Odds and Payouts

Odds shown to customers are displayed with two decimal places. Total odds calculations use a sixth decimal place for precision, and total winnings are truncated to two decimals. Any discrepancy between displayed odds and settled figures will be resolved in favour of the settled amount.

Timeframes, Re-settlement and Data Delays

The maximum interval between initial settlement and any subsequent re-settlement is 30 days. Live data feeds and official results may be subject to delays; the Company does not guarantee real-time accuracy of live data, and settlements are based on the official results or the market-defined settlement rules.

Change of Venue, Substitutions and Opponents

If there is a change of venue or a substitution of opponents after a Market has opened, or if host/away designations are reversed, bets may be void unless the market description specifies otherwise. Markets on neutral ground remain valid where applicable as described in the market terms.

VAR, Video Evidence and Official Records

Where a Video Assistant Referee decision conflicts with on-field decisions, bets positioned between the original incident and the final decision may be void if the VAR outcome affects the state of play used to settle the bet. Bets not affected by the VAR decision shall stand. If a VAR decision occurs after settlement and changes the result, Mcluck reserves the right to adjust the settlement as required, provided the decision is communicated before the event window closes.

Compliance, Anti-Fraud and Verification

Mcluck maintains robust compliance and anti-fraud measures. Customers may be required to complete identity verification and provide information to comply with applicable laws. Suspicious activity may be reported to the appropriate authorities. The Company may suspend, void or withhold settlement of bets while a determination is made.

Customer Obligations and Palpable Errors

Customers are obliged to review the Rules and market terms before placing bets. Any palpable error in data, odds or market terms may result in cancellation or voiding of affected bets. The Company may suspend or cancel bets to prevent exploitation of such errors, and such actions are final.

Amendments and Effective Date

These Rules apply immediately upon posting. Mcluck may update these Rules from time to time to reflect regulatory requirements or internal risk controls. Continued use of the platform after posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Rules.
